Hikmat-e-Durood-e-Pak: The Divine Wisdom Behind Sending Blessings

Reciting Durood-o-Salam (blessings and salutations) is an act so uniquely beloved and divinely accepted that through it, sins are forgiven, healing (Shifa) is acquired, and the heart and soul attain ultimate purification. Faza’il-o-Barakat-e-Durood-o-Salam

It fulfills and executes the absolute Command of Allah Kareem. Upon reciting Durood Shareef once, ten special divine mercies are descended upon the individual. It elevates the reciter by ten spiritual ranks. Ten rewards and good deeds are recorded in the reciter's account. Ten sins of the individual are completely erased. Fazeelat-e-Durood Shareef

إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا (Surah Al-Ahzab, 33:56) Translation: "Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, ask [Allah to confer] blessings upon him and ask [Allah to grant him] peace in abundance." This blessed verse is an explicit, divine encomium (Naat) of the Master of all Messengers, Sayyid-ul-Mursaleen ﷺ.
